  1. It was banned because it had insulted the Coca-Cola Company by placing the Coca-Cola button at the bottom of the vending machine while the Pepsi button was placed at the top. By doing this, it had gave the audience the impression that Coca-Cola was not as good as Pepsi. But, other than doing that, they also get the boy to stand on the Coca-Cola cans to reach the Pepsi button. It shows that the Pepsi company did not care about the how the Coca-Cola company would feel.Lastly, the boy even left the two cans of Coca-Cola, which made an even bad impression of Coca-Cola.

I think that if the commercial contains too much violence, sexual scenes, insulting of other countries' culture, using a brand name to improve or things that people might pick up through prolonged exposure to the commercial, the commercial should be banned.

  2. It is banned because it had insulted the COca-Cola company by placing the Coca-Cola buttton near the bottom of the vending machine and Pepsi on the top. By doin this they are giving the audience an impression that Pepsi is better than Coca-Cola. Besides that, the Pepsi company also got the boy to stand on top of the two cans of Coca-Cola just to reach the Pepsi button. This shows that the Pepsi company does not care about how the Coca-Cola company would feel and they also insulted Coca-Cola by getting the boy to step on them. Morever, they got the boy to buy 2 Coca-Cola just to get to the Pepsi button to buy it. This shows that 2 Coca-Cola is not even worth a Pepsi. Lastly, they got the boy to leave with the Pepsi and leave the Coca-Cola there which shows that the Coca-Cola is not worth the Pepsi too.

In my opinion I think that commericals that contain too much violence, sexual scences, insulting people or countries's culture, insulting some companyor having things that people especially children might pick up through prolonged exposure to the commerical is a commerical that should be banned.

  3. It was banned because it is insulting the coca-cola company. In the video, the buttons for the coca-cola was on the bottom of the vending machine and the Pepsi buttons on top of the vending machine which shows that Pepsi is better than Coca-Cola.In the video, the boy bought 2 bottles of coca-cola and used them to reach the button to press the button for the Pepsi. This shows that coca-cola is not as good as Pepsi and people would sacrifice even two cans of Coke for a can of Pepsi.

In my opinion, the banned commercial contains too much violence, sexual content and insults that may lead to embarrassment.Since that children are now being exposed to most of the digital platform, they will be able to see the commercials. When they see the commercial they will think that it is okay to do things shown and then do it to people.

  4. It was banned because the Pepsi have insulted Coca-Cola by showing that the two coca-cola cans is being stepped on in order to buy a Pepsi drink. It means one pepsi drink is worth two coca-cola.Plus the drinks button on the vending machine indicates that the pepsi button is right at the top and the coke is right at the botton which means pepsi is the best and coke is the worst among all soft drinks.
in my opinion, the banned commercials contain too much violence, insults and violent thoughts. Now a days, commercials are shown everywhere, especially on televisions. Children such as 4 to 7 years old would also watch the commercials and that will be etched in their mind and give them the wrong impression on that thing and they would try it on others.

  5. The Pepsi commercial was banned because it had insulted the Coca-cola company in many ways. Firstly, the buttons for the Pepsi were at the very top and the button for the Coca-Cola is at the very bottom. This shows that their product is better than Coca-cola. Secondly, after the boy in the video bought the 2 cans of Coca-Cola, he placed them on the ground and stepped on them so that he can reach the button to purchase Pepsi. This shows that 2 cans of Pepsi is not even worth 1 can of Pepsi and the Coca-cola company is more lousy than the Pepsi company as their products had been stepped on.

In my opinion, banned commercial contains contents like:violence, sexuality, insult of religion and culture, or more. Commercial that contains these contents should be banned.

  6. It was banned as the boy bought two Coca-cola cans and placed on the floor and stepped on it to be able to purchase the Pepsi. With that,it is literally insulting the Coca-cola company. What's worse is that after the boy got the can of Pepsi, instead of picking the two coca-cola cans,he left it on the floor which is telling us that two cans of Coca-cola is not even worth more than one can of Pepsi. Also, the coca-cola button was at the bottom whereas the Pepsi buttom was right at the top. That was also indirectly telling that Pepsi is far better than Coca-cola.

In my opinion, banned commercials contains violence, sexuality, insulting one's religion or culture or company and gender discrimination. These types of commercials should be banned as if a child were to see those commercials again and again,it will gradually influenced them and the child would think that doing those things is right.

  7. It was banned because it insulted the Coca-Cola company. The boy bought two Coca-cola cans and put on the ground and stepped on the cans to press the Pespi buttons when he could just stepped on other things like stones. Not only that, the boy did not pick up the two Coca-cola after he bought the Pespi which shows that the price of two Coca-Cola is not even worth the price of a Pespi. The buttons for the coca-cola was on the bottom of the vending machine and the buttons for Pepsi was on the top of the vending machine which shows that Pespi is better the Coca-Cola.

In my opinion, banned commercial contains violence, sexuality, insulting a religion or culture, insulting a race or country, insulting a company and commercial that give little children nightmares because scary commercial can scare little kids and give them nightmares at night about this commercial.

  8. It was banned because it had insulted the Coca-Cola Company by placing the Coca-Cola button at the bottom of the vending machine while the Pepsi button was placed at the top. By doing this, it tells the audience that Pepsi is the best and Coca-cola is the worst out of all the brands of other drinks on the vending machine. Furthermore, the boy did not even pick up the two Coca-cola cans after he bought the Pespi by stepping on the two cans which shows that the price of two Coca-Colas are not even worth the price of a Pespi.

In my opinion, banned commercials may mostly contain violence, sexuality, insulting another's religion or culture, company or gender discrimination. These types of commercials are banned as many people in the world watch television, a child may accidentally see those commercials again and again and be gradually influenced. Those children who see the commercial would think that doing those things is right.

  9. I think that the Pepsi Commercial was banned because it was merely insulting the Coca Cola company. I said this because the boy placed the 2 Coca Cola cans on the floor and stepped on it to get a Pepsi drink. This is indirectly telling us that Coca Cola is 'low-standard'. Morever, Coca Cola's button is placed on the bottom while Pepsi's button is placed on the top. Plus, after getting the Pepsi drink, the boy left the 2 Coca Cola cans there while he walk away with the Pepsi drink. I believe that in commercials, we have to be fair and square. But this commercial was merely insulting others. Therefore this commercial is banned.

In my opinion, I think that commercials containing racism, sexual stuffs, violence would be banned. I say this because this may mislead a child watching television, or even adults. As the commercial keeps on showing this inappropriate stuffs, people might think that it is okay to do certain things and apply it to their daily life. They will be influenced greatly by this commercials.

  10. The Pepsi Commercial was banned because they mean that two cans of Coca-cola cans is worse than one can of pepsi and that will make people think that Coca-cola is very lousy. The boy left the Coca-cola cans after he had step on it without even bring back and this shows that he only wants to use it as a standing thing to reach for the pepsi button to press it.He spent the price of two Coca-cola just to buy one pepsi can and he did not want the Coca-cola cans at all.By doing this, he is indirectly saying that two Coca-cola cans is worse that one can of pepsi.

I think the Pepsi Commercial is banned because maybe the Coca-cola company thinks or others that likes Coca-cola thinks that they are indirectly insulting the Coca-cola and maybe they complained. The commercial maybe had made the sales of the Coca-cola decrease and had a lot of bad comments of the Coca-cola.This will also let the children to learn wrong things and next time they grow up, they would have bad opinion about Coca-cola.

  11. I think the Pepsi Commerical is banned maybe because it was insulting the Coca-cola company.

The commercial shows that the boy bought 2 cans of coca-cola and placed it on the ground. The boy stepped on the cans of coca-cola in order to buy a can of pepsi. After buying, he left with the pepsi and left the 2 cans of coca-cola on the ground. This will affect the coca-cola's company and will teaches the wrong things to the little kids.

  12. The reason for the Pespi Commercial to be banned is the insult on Coca-Cola is very obvious as the character stepped on the two cans of Coca-Cola without drnking them to purchase pepsi drink. This shows that Pepsi is better than Coca-Cola and the button to purchase Pepsi is higher than Coca-Cola.This also shows that Pepsi is better than Coca-Cola.At the ending of the advertisement the boy did not even hesitate to pick up the two cans of Coca-Cola as he slowly walk away.85The reasons of a advertisement being banned are advertisement that influence people to do immoral things.

  13. I think the reason it is banned is because pepsi insulted coca cola. Its trying to say that buying two coca cola cans of drink is not as good as one can of pepsi. It also shows that the boy steps onto the two coca cola can just to purchase pepsi. On the vending machine, pepsi is right at the top and coca cola is below. It is trying to say that pepsi is better and higher grade than coca cola. At the end of the advertisement, with little hesitaion, he walked away with the pepsi can, leaving the two coca cola cans on the floor. He didnt even think of taking the two cans of coca cola drinks.

I think advertisments that contain sexual stuff, violence, racism and some others should be banned becuase these kind of advertisements might cause people to misunderstand mislead them. Young children might think that it is okay to do these kinds of things since it is shown on television. Young adults like us might also just get infuence by the advertisements and apply it to our lives, causing us to do the wrong thing. There would be a great impact caused by these infuences.

  14. I think that it is bannedbeause it offended the Coca Cola's company as the adoable boy bought a pair of Coke's can and step on it in orerto each the pepsi button of the vending machine. Nevertheless, the Coke company find it offensive and complained to the cormmercial'company.Plus the adorable boy never care less about the couple of coca cola cans and just leave it there. that means it double offend Coca Cola Company, which may make the Coca Cola company more angry. Actually, this commercial not only make Coca Coal's company reputation decreasd. This cosequences also come to Pepsi Company itslf.

  15. The Pepsi commercial was banned because of two reasons, one of it is that Pepsi had discriminated Coca Cola by having the boy to buy two new Coca Cola drinks but only to step on it to reach for the Pepsi button, and then leaving the two Coca Cola cans lying on the ground. In symbolic meaning, the boy is representing Pepsi, and having to step on the cans on Coca Cola, it is trying to imply that Coca Cola is below them, and two Coca Cola cans are not even worth one can of Pepsi.
The second reason of the commercial being banned is that Pepsi had deliberately place it's button on the very top of the vending machine and have again, deliberately placed Coca Cola's button right at the bottom of the vending machine. This means that Pepsi is the most valuable amongst all the drinks that are on sale there, and Coca Cola, the most ordinary of all the drinks that are sold.
Therefore, I think that the Pepsi commercial was banned because of these reasons.

  16. I think it was banned as, for a start, the button of the Coca-Cola drink is deliberately placed at the bottom of the vending machine, which gives people the impression that Coca-Cola isn't as famous and salable as Pepsi so it is placed at the very bottom where it is harder to reach.
The second reason is that the boy in the advertisment used two cans of Coca-Cola to help him reach the button of Pepsi, which is higher than him, but later leave the two cans of Coca-Cola on the ground while walking away with his Pepsi. In my views, Pepsi is trying to advertise that not even two cans of Coca-Cola is equvilent to a can of Pepsi and as the boy did not pick up the cans of Coca-Cola, he is trying to imply that Coca-Cola is worthless.

  17. This commercial was banned as it had not only showed the audience that coca-cola was lower grade then pepsi by placing the coke button on the bottom of the vending machine, it has also insulted the coke company by letting the boy step on two coke cans to reach up high enough for the pepsi. They had show that coke was worthless and that pepsi was more worthful to waste two cans of money to get it, as the boy had left the two cans of coke behind.

  18. This commercial was banned because it insulted the coca-cola company by letting the boy to step on two coca-cola cans to reach the pepsi button. They deliberately placed Coca Cola's button right at the bottom of the vending machine. This means that Pepsi is the most valuable amongst all the drinks that are on sale there, and Coca Cola, the most ordinary of all the drinks that are sold.

  19. It made coke look bad as the boy would rater waste 2 cans of coke for 1 can of pepsi. coke was also placed at the lowest in the show. And it was also stepped on for the boy to reach the pepsi.

  20. It is banned because it had insulted the Coca-Cola Company by placing the Coca-Cola button near the bottom of the vending machine and Pepsi on the top. In this way it made the coke look very shameless and that Pepsi is very valuable as the boy was willing to scarify 2 bottle of coke just to be able to drink the Pepsi.
In my opinion, I think that commercials containing racism, NC scenes and violence would be banned. As when a child is watching the television with such programmed it would seriously pollute their mind and they might think that it is okay to do these kinds of things since it is shown on television. Young adults like us might also just get influence by the advertisements and apply it to our lives

  21. It insults the coke company as they show the boy stepping on two coke cans to reach for the pepsi can. It also means that the coke cans were less in value than the pepsi cans.

It was banned because it would not only influence our impression on Pepsi, but also on Coca-cola.

  22. 1.
It was banned probably because it was making Coca Cola like it was lousy than Pepsi in the scene when the boy stepping on Coca Cola bottle to click the Pepsi button on the Vendor. It cannot be like this as it will give the audience a impression that Pepsi is lousy than Coca Cola. If Pepsi want to increase the sales of its own drinks , they should do it in promoting its own stuff not by demoting others'.

    2.
We must also banned those commercial like demoting others' product,. sexual content, racism, scolding people's religion and political content.

  23. The Pepsi commercial was banned as the Pepsi was indirectly insulting the Coca-cola company by placing the Coca-cola button on the bottom of the vending machine when placing the Pepsi at the top. Also, the boy in the video clip buy two cans of Coca-cola and step on it just to buy a can of Pepsi drinks. This is giving us a thought that Pepsi is better can Coca-cola and it shows that the Pepsi is insulting the Coca-cola. Lee Min Young(20) 1-3

  24. The pepsi commercial was banned because the commercial is insulting the coca-cola company. As the young boy actually bought 2 coke cans just to step it and reach out for the pepsi button to buy the pepsi drink. It shows that the commercial is insulting the coca-cola company. As the boy is stepping on the coca-cola can. It is also showing that the coca-cola company is low grade as the boy stepped on it..

  25. the pepsi commercial was banned as the ad showed that the boy bought 2 coca-cola can drink just to step on it, and the end of the ad show that he didn't even pay a single cent to get the pepsi, this showed that pepsi was cheap and affordable. but the banning of the commercial was because the ad showed that the can the boy was standing on was coca-cola, and this is an insult to the coca-cola as it showed that coca-cola was a drink to be step on and not to drink. in my opinion, other than the one i listed on top, i think people who haven drank pepsi would think that pepsi is free as the boy paid nothing for the drink. 2nd, the ad showed that coca-cola cost more than pepsi when in the 1st place, pepsi cost almost the same as coca-cola. this may also cause the crowd to mistaken the price of the drinks and this would cause chaos for the place as people would demand that the ad is real and not pay a thing for the drinks

  26. The pepsi commercial is banned because it greatly insulted the coca cola company. The little boy in the commercial bought the 2 coca cola cans in order to step on it and buy the pepsi can, it shows that coca cola is inferior to pepsi. Somemore, the little boy stepped on the coca cola can, which is supposed to be drank and not stepped on. And he left the coca cola can after he bought the pepsi can, which says that the coca cola is not even drinkable, it will greatly affect the coca cola and pepsi company, and they influence kids to do things like that.
I think commercials which contains violence, pornography, racism and demotings of other company's products will be strongly banned. This contents will greatly pollute people's minds ( especially kids ), and influence them to do bad things like that as the commercials may make them think its very normal to do those kinds of things. This will lead a great impact on our lives.
