ReplyDelete2)The colours used in the video is generally bright and colourful, so therefore, it gives us the light-hearted mood. The fact that a baby is driving the car in the video is also a irony. This is as we all know that babies cannot drive yet it was shown in the video that the baby could drive,and even with ease. This is therefore, trying to tell us that the car is so good that even babies can drive with ease.
3)It is trying to tell us that the car is worth buying as the specifications of the car is of such high quality that even babies who do not even know the basis of driving,can drive with ease with the new Hyundai car and the car can also cause people to turn heads(as seen in the video) as it allows even a baby, to drive it smoothly.
4)This video is intended for those with large families as it was shown in the video that the car is very big and can easily provide ample space for a family. The baby also back-up the idea as a baby is the youngest of the family and even him is seen to be enjoying the ride and driving it happily, thus telling us that everyone in the family will enjoy it.
5) It is trying to tell us that we should give our best to the family by driving them in the Hyundai car as this would make them happy (as seen from the baby’s (boy) face in the video). I think the video is effective as it conveys to me that having a happy family is important and therefore keeping them happy is also important by showing how much fun and joy the baby is experiencing through driving the car. It has also brilliantly use the baby as it uses the fact that he is cute and that babies are hard to please ,but the car has done to please him, thus appealing to people that the car can even please those who are most difficult to. There would not be too much danger as the video is generally audience-friendly, but if I were to pick on it, I would think that younger children might imitate the baby driving and thus might cause a little trouble as I do not think the legs of babies are long enough to reach the oil pedals.

3)The main purpose of the video is to market the Hyundai Sante Fe.It also mocks the manufacturers of the baby cot as it makes the cots look easy to escape from.
4)This ad is intended for young people from large families and newly married couples who are wanting to buy a car.It lets viewers know that the car has a lot of space because there is space even for something as big as a surfboard!
5)The commercial is about 75% successful.This is because it only states some features of the car's performance.It does not state the SUV’s safety rating etc.Could they be hiding something?But still, I would give this ad points for creativity because they portrayed that even the baby could drive the car which is very humourous!On a more serious note this could send out a wrong message to young children as they would think that it is ok to drive a car.

It is very ironic that a small child like this will do this kind of dangerous things like driving a car. We can only have a car license when we reach a certain age of 16 years old. The baby was also waving to other people while driving and this is already very hard for an adults and it is very impossible that the small child can do so. The colour that they used is very comfortable, make people think that the child enjoys driving and it will be fine if children drive.It also lightens up the mood too.
3)I think that the purposes of this video are too encourage us to buy Hyundai car. You will be ease, any place that you want go, you can go because their slogan is “drive your own way”. If u buy this car, you can go anywhere you like. It says that this car can drive easily because even a small child can drive it.
4)I think it is intended for the any families because this car is six seater car or a family car. The adults that have children mostly have their own family and they also need a car that the children like because a lot of parents care about their children a lot. The background is a nice and sunny day, just right for the commercial. A baby driving a car is very irony in this commercial, there is a part when a man looked shocked when he see the baby driving the car and the driving moves were quite impressive.
3)This commercial purpose is to sell this brand of car by saying that anyone could drive it to anywhere to have fun. Something like when you drive this car, you can go anywhere where is fun and nice. And it is a very simple car, so easy that even a child can drive it.
4)It is intended for families as it is the right size for family to sit together and the commercial also showed places where usually the families will go to have their outing and such so most probably families will like that car.
5)It is quite effective as they manage to satisfy the requirements for the family car like based on what the car showed have for the family, or how big it is. But the only problem is that they are showing a baby driving a car which may influences children to do that to since it is 'safe'. So the commercial should think about the safety of children when showing it.

This video is also rather ironic as a baby should not be able to drive a car so smoothly as even some adults have problems driving the car and they will need to concentrate very hard while the baby still can look around and wave to people. The music also sounds very cheerful, thus creating a happy mood. Also, there is a part where the word 'wind' was sang a few times and the baby in the car was also looking out the window and feeling the wind.
3) It is trying to tell us that this car is worth buying. The baby looks very comfortable sitting in the car and showed no fear of getting into a car accident which shows that the car is comfortable and safe to drive. It also shows how attractive the car is even the baby climbs out of his cot just to drive the car and people on the streets turn around to look at the car too.
4) I think that this video is intended for families who likes to travel around as the seats at the back looks big enough for a family to fit into. The video also shows that the car had no problem traveling even on sand, which is quite suitable for families who like to travel around. As it is quite ironic, humorous and the colour is comfortable and soothing, it would make people attracted to it and stay on the channel longer to finish watching the video and leave a deep impression on the video. The dangers of this video is that if young children watch it, they might try to imitate the baby in the video and try to climb out of their cot, thus getting hurt. In the commercial, it is seen that the baby stops for a hitchhiker and this tells us that the car is spacious and therefore can afford to let others hitchhike. Also, the baby is also shown changing gears, which tells us that the car uses an automatic transmission. Near the end of the end of the commercial the baby drives on the beach, which means that the car can drive on different surfaces, be it on the road or on the beach. The baby then takes out a surfboard and goes surfing, while the girl sits at the boot of the car watching the boy. This tells the viewers that the car has a large boot which can store a lot of things.

The baby drove onto the sandy beach and that showed that the car can be driven on many different surfaces. 5)I think the commercial is effective because of the colour, music and the video itself. The baby attracts the attention of the viewers as the baby is cute and tries the make the viewers finish watching this commercial before changing channels or turning off the television. I think this commercial is dangerious because children might learn from it and climb out of the baby bed and would want to drive the car like the baby in the commercial. It might let the child think that it is okay to drive a car as this age and it would be perfectly safe like the baby in the commercial.

This advertisement is trying to sell us the hyundai car. They are trying to convey this message that the car is very safe and easy to use that even babies can drive that car. I think that this advertisements are to family members. Like dad and moms with a big family. Because the car is big and it can contain alot of people. and that the car is very easy to use, so it won't be of any problem. 1. I think sound recorder is used for the audio effects, background music. Also, I think some equipment is used to edit a driver as baby as babies are unable to drive cars and in the video, they do not look like driving in real life. The size of the car in the advertisement is bigger than the car beside it when the baby is driving it on the road. This may give some kind of expression that their car is more epic and better than the others. Also, this advertisement is ironic that baby actually can drive a car. In the advertisement, even people on the street look shocked when they saw the baby waving at them while driving. This also gives expression that the car is easy to drive for anybody.
3. The purpose of this video is to advertise about their car product and to attract people to buy their product by giving some kind of expression in the advertisement to tell that their product is convenient and better than other companies’ products.
4. Of course, the advertisement cannot be intended for the babies as they are too young to drive cars and it is illegal. After watching the advertisement, I guess the video is intended for adults who are not good in driving or who are just going to start driving. ReplyDelete2. The colour of the whole video is bright and I'm sure that many people will be attracted by bright colours instead of dull colours. The size of the car is bigger than the rest of the cars on the road as it is the centre of attention and the other cars, as compared to the one the baby is "driving", is inferior than the advertised car. This shows that the advertised car is a very attractive car. The sound behind is quite soothing and people will like it when they are listening to it and carry on watching the video. They used a baby to advertise for a car because it will attract peoples' attention. People may wonder, how can a baby drive a car? This will arouse their suspicion and make them want to know more about the video. The baby also looked relaxed while driving the car and it shows that the car is easily functioned that even a baby can handle it. Thus, I can say that the car is functioned easily that everyone of all ages can drive it, making people want to buy the car more.
3. The media is trying to advertise for the car by using a baby as a centre of attention. A baby is uneducated and have not went for a driving test, but still, he can drive properly. This conveys a message that says, everyone of all ages are able to drive a car regardless of what. You can relax while driving if you buy this car and it is easy to handle even for beginners. So, this video is trying to say the car is easy to drive and wants people to buy it.
4. Though they want to attract adults to buy it, they used a baby because they are trying to say that even a baby can drive easily, let alone an adult. An adult should have studied more as compared to the baby who is totally uneducated. Adults should have already went for driving test before buying a car, so driving a car will be much more easier than the baby who's driving. Obviously the video is not trying to attract kids to buy but instead the adult because in reality, none of underaged people would drive in Singapore, only for those adults that can drive. They used a baby as a focus as it will really attract the adults' attention more. The size of the car also shows that it is for families to drive as it can occupy alot of people, so I can say that this car is invented for the sake of the adults.
5. There are pros and cons in this video. The pros are, the baby can attract alot of peoples' attention as baby do not drive cars, and people will want to watch what happen in the end. The commercial is made like a comedy (somehow) as it will attract people attention again, and adults who sees it would have the temptation to buy it as the car looks like it is easy to handle and the size is just right for a family.
However, the cons are, children who watched the commerical might be influenced and think that it is cool for the kids to drive on the streets and may start doing the real thing. However, this is not real, but photoshopped, and the kids might think that it is easy for the kids to drive. If they really do try it, they might get into serious car accidents that leads to serious injuries, or even deaths. The kids are easily attracted to such commercials as they see someone of their age doing something they have never tried in their life, and may want to have a taste of it. So, this video causes harm to the kids out there.

This creates a first impression of body language to the people that "Even the babies can drive so smoothly, this car is so good."
Bright colour and "happy" music are used in this video. This effect results in the video being very optimistic and makes the ending of the video wherelise the babies went to the West Coast to have a surf and see the sunset very warming.The people who created this whole video commercial are smart and think out of the box and easy to understand. Unlike other car commercials, they uses sacarsam to bring out the main idea about their product,which will result in people not understanding the whole video clearly. This,however, is straight-foward and does brings laughter and smile to the audience,which is effective.
3)I think the whole point of this video is clearly to promote their product. However, they have much more point to deliver to the audience. Firstly, the video is trying to tell us that their car is smooth and fast. Shown in 0.16 to 0.20. The car was overtaking another car in a very smooth and swift way. Thus, this video deliver the point of that their car is smooth and fast which is popular among the adults in this generation. The video is also trying to deliver to us that this car is easy-ready to go type,which means that the car is simple to use that such a toddler/baby was able to drive the car,without looking much at the wheels which seems like it has auto-pilot which is truely high-tech. It also shows that this car is magnificently the best one out yet as it would allow the men to attract the ladies shown in the video. Let me state the good reasons first.This video really make a great job in bringing out the point in such a funny way and straightfoward. 4) Well to me, i think that the targeted audience of this commercial is the adults especially those with family. As only adults have the money to afford a car as they started to work. The car is also descripted as a very comfortable car after all babies are very easily irritated and for a baby to drive a car that might be very noisy or uncomfortable the baby would have bawled out long ago. So it means it is very comfy and suitable for children so those family orientated adults would look forward to it. That is why i think that they are the targeted audiences of this particular commercial.

In short it means that it is all positive points, but i didn't mention that it is flawless. firstly that did great in recommending their car for family orientated adults as it is very comfy and easy to handle. By saying THE NEXT GENERATION already proves that its NEW and therefor they did great on this point too. from the video it shows that they went the beach for surfing it also can be taken as FAMILY OUTING. So all those are the positive points i spot in there. Now lets talk about the negative points i spot out from there. i think the video is to tell us to buy the new hyundai car as since even a baby that cannot go to the toilet properly and needs diapers can even drive the car, it means the car is both safe and easy to drive. the fact that the grown man is looking at the car with amazement also can say that the car is a very good looking car(although the man may be suprised by the child). the way it drove on the beach shows the power of the car. so the advertisement shows that the car has a good engine.

This video is also rather ironic as a baby, who is still in diapers, is able to drive such a big car smoothly when he is not even old enough to stop wearing his diapers. The music also sounds very cheerful, thus creating a happy mood. Also, there is a part where the word 'wind' was sang a few times in the song and the baby, following the mood, pokes his head out of the window to enjoy the breeze.
3. The main purpose of this commercial is to promote one of their all new Hyundai Santa Fe. As in the commercial, the little girl wanted to go to the West Coast, the car name was probably named after Santa Fe (actually Santa Fe Springs) in California which is part of the West Coast of USA, where the little girl wanted to go.
4. This video is intended for those with families, especially those with probably 7 in a family as the car seems to be spacious and even enough space for a ‘mini’ surfboard. This car could probably accommodate many people, maybe those with small families but with grandparents.
5. This video consists of good and bad points. The good points are that, the baby, was so energetic in getting up as he wanted to drive the car which means that the car is fun to drive in and can even attract a baby’s attention. The baby in the commercial attracted many people’s attention as babies do not drive cars. The commercial is made to attract people’s attention and to convince adults to buy it as the car looks like it is easy to handle and the size is just right for a normal sized family or even bigger.
However, the cons are that children who watch the commercial might be influenced and think that it is very easy to drive (as the baby does it so easily) and cool to drive on the streets thus may start doing the real thing. Then again, there are parents to stop the children from doing so and I doubt that Singapore children are really that stupid.

This is very long and hard procedure requires software able to do this subsisting effect without any flaw and times taken by the producer or director.
